1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SilaFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

SilaFit provides workout tracking, training splits, meal planning, and related progress and analytics features. Features and content may change, and some features may require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You may use SilaFit as a guest or create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SilaFit.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid tiers are billed through the app store you downloaded SilaFit from and are subject to that platform's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, through your app store account settings. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use SilaFit for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't misuse community or sharing features to harass others or post infringing content.

6. Health and fitness notice

SilaFit is a general fitness and nutrition tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. AI-generated summaries and recommendations can be incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Intellectual property

SilaFit, its logos, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

You may stop using SilaFit and delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

SilaFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes & contact
